Wet Weather Policy
With Winter days coming obviously some wet days going to affect our coaching days as well.
We will do everything possible to run our programs as scheduled.
Should the courts be unusable due to wet weather the coach will declare a ‘wash out’ and will endeavour to notify students (parents) at the earliest convenience by "sms". Any Hot Shots or group lessons declared as a ‘wash out’ will be made up at an alternative date ‘generally’ as a double lesson.
If it is raining during the lesson the lesson will be completed indoors if available.
Cardio Tennis is a fun, social, group tennis-fitness program for people of all ages and abilities. It’s more about getting a great, high-energy workout than pure tennis technique.
Constant movement is the focus as a Tennis Australia qualified coach guides you through a series of fun and heart-pumping drills that cater for all abilities and fitness levels.
A true Cardio Tennis session comprises six key components.

ANZ Tennis Hot Shots is split into three stages: Red, orange and green
There is also an optional Launch Pad stage for young players aged between three and five-years-old. Children progress from one stage to the next when they are ready. This ensures that children learn at their pace and will ultimately make the transition to using a yellow ball on a full-size court when they are fully prepared.
Private lessons are one on one coaching and each lesson is tailor-made to suit the individual whether it be to improve a specific stroke or to develop strategies and tactics for a tournament or competition.
Lessons can be either 1 hour or 30 minutes in duration.
These lessons are designed to accelerate the players progress and is a popular way of gaining personalised tuition.
